Have you ever dreamt about having a fat-free, vegan delicious apple cake that you can eat without any remorse? Then this is the cake for you!
This cake is all vegan, fat-free and super easy to make.
So tasty and moist you won’t feel the difference from a unhealthy cake. Feel free to add more spices or replace the all purpose flour with for instant spelt flour or even put some whole wheat in there.
By the way it’s amazing served by itself or lukewarm with some nice plant based ice-cream or vanilla sauce 😉

Have fun and please let me know how the baking went 😉
