This sauce is incredible easy to make, tasty and packed with awesome health benefits like iron, magnesium and fiber for optimal digestion and human health.
It’s all raw (if you use raw cacao powder), refined sugar-free and of course vegan too. You can enjoy without guilt.
It’s delicious over some vanilla banana ice-cream, other plant based ice-creams, pancakes, spread over fresh bread, bananas or other fruits not to forget as a treat or even as an ice-cream itself just freeze it down a little.
140g dates (14 rotab dates)
1/2 frozen banana (58g)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder (or regulare cacao powder)
1/4 tsp real vanilla
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend.
